4. Purpose of data collection, processing and usage
The objective of the company is to develop, produce and market products in the area of measuring and control technology, heating technology and environmental protection. Personal data is collected, processed and used to support these objectives.
5. Affected person groups
Customers, suppliers, own staff and cooperation partners to the extent they are required to fulfil the tasks mentioned in section 4 above.
6. Recipients of data
Public bodies in case of prevailing legal provisions, external agents according to section 11 of the Federal Data Protection Act as well as external and internal bodies of the objectives mentioned in section 4 above.
7. Periods for deletion of data
Personal data are deleted when they are no longer required for the purposes mentioned in section 4 above unless they must be stored for a longer period of time due to legal provisions. In such cases, the data is deleted after the legally prescribed period for storing such data has expired.
8. Planned transfer to third countries
In connection with international business relationships and partnerships within the framework of the objectives mentioned in section 4 above, the required personal data will be transferred to the business partners/cooperation partners. |
